Geography
Our curriculum is exciting and engages geographical experiences in a way that makes the subject come alive for children. Places have significance and meaning for children. We recognise, value and celebrate young children’s personal geographical experiences and interests as a useful starting point in the classroom. This is supported and encouraged by children asking geographical questions which builds on their innate curiosity of the world. We adopt a geographical enquiry approach during which children can be encouraged to identify important issues that matter to them, collect geographical data and draw conclusions from the findings for themselves.
